液壓打包機(jī)使用說(shuō)明
一. Installation’s steps


1. The machine need to be installed on the concrete ground reposefully, the basic shall as the actual location.
2. Need to check the oil box’s bottom which outlet whether closed or not, after closed surely then open the top of oil box and add the sealing cover for the top orifice.
Immit around 60kgs No.68# hydraulic oil, the suitable hydraulic oil shall be controlled or decided by the local city’s whether temperature & operation. [remark: if the machine model will be more 50T, the new machine must separate to immit the hydraulic oil for 2 times, the first time to immit till the hydraulic oil’s height to the top of oil meter (the blue colour line). After the compressing plate move to the bottom then add the hydraulic oil again till the bottom of oil meter (the red line), the details please check & study the operation 4].

3. According to the local city which voltage, frequency & phase to install the machine’s electric wires, (remark: the motor & electrical parts will be installed totally as the buyer’s requirements when ordered the machine.) Normally use the 3 phase & 4 lines, and 3 pieces of electrical wires of them will be connected into the Phase which relevant 3 connectors, (Picture 7 left), another line will be connected the ground for defending the creepage, the line shall be tightly connected the outside metal’s surface of the machine’s body.
二. Methods of operation
1. With the power: close the air switch of the electrical box (main switch of the machine), check the
2. Start running motor: remove the manual changing direction handle (with picture 3) to the bottom (the machine with the operating sign), then impress the starter NO button (with the Picture 5 right down direction), (remark: if installed the emergency stopping switch then please according to the arrowhead direction to turn the emergency stopping switch to right, until the emergency stopping switch out ),(with picture 5 right up) if start the motor normally.
3. Check the motor’s rotary direction: (with picture 8) after the motor started, when the manual changing direction valve handle which location is the lowest, if the compressing plate can not remove down, then must check the motor’s rotary direction whether is correct immediately, the rotary direction of motor must same as the arrowhead’s direction. If the motor’s rotary direction is reverse then the machine can not run normally, then shall remove the manual changing valve handle up to the middle location, and impress the stopping switch OFF (or impress the emergency stopping switch) to stop running motor. Also turn off the electric power, and change the 2 phase lines of 3 phase lines then connect them again. And according to the Methods of operations 1. & 2. to operate again, (remark: must sure the motor’s rotary direction whether same as the arrowhead’s direction.)
4. The linchpin to immit the hydraulic oil: when remove the compressing plate down, when the compressing plate moving during the first time, the moving speed will be difference. After the compress plate moved to the bottom or during moving suddenly stopping or during moving the noise was increased, during the condition then shall remove up the manual changing valve handle to the middle location, impress the stopping switch OFF or emergency switch, stop the motor’s running. And check the hydraulic oil of oil box whether enough again carefully, if the oil’s storage less than the oil box’s half height then prove the hydraulic oil not enough, then need to add the relevant hydraulic oil into the oil box again. And add the hydraulic oil to the oil meter which lowest bottom line (the red line).
[注! 新機(jī)分兩次加入液壓油是必須做的,因新機(jī),油缸體內(nèi)全是空氣,當(dāng)他需要移動(dòng)時(shí),它需要大量液壓油補(bǔ)充,而油箱儲(chǔ)油量不足夠補(bǔ)充兩支液壓油缸所需油量。當(dāng)油缸或(壓板)**次下移時(shí),把油箱內(nèi)**次注入的液壓油完全吸走來(lái)補(bǔ)充。**次注入的液壓油是用作油缸或(壓板)上移下壓時(shí)對(duì)流作用。當(dāng)油箱油位底于油泵吸油口時(shí),油泵吸入的全是空氣,造成噪聲增大或壓板移動(dòng)中突然停止。所以新機(jī)時(shí),先將壓板往下移至*底點(diǎn),待油缸吸走油箱內(nèi)液壓油后,停止電機(jī)再次補(bǔ)充液壓油是必須要做的,如油量不足會(huì)造成機(jī)器不工作或損壞油泵]
[Remark: the new hydraulic packing machine must be separated to add the hydraulic oil for 2 times, because for the new machine and its oil box inside full of the air, so when the compressing plate moving, it need enough hydraulic oil for running, but the oil box which storage not enough for the 2 pieces of oil cylinder which needful. When the oil cylinder or (compressing plate) for the first time moving, then will need the suction of hydraulic oil which of the first time immitting, the second time to immit the hydraulic oil in order to use for the oil cylinder or (compressing plate) which up moving & down compressing. When the oil’s location is lower than the oil pump’s suction orifice, then the oil pump’s suction will be full of air, and cause to increase the noise or during the compressing plate’s moving will stop suddenly. So for testing the new machine need to move the compressing plate to the lowest bottom first, after the oil cylinders finished the suction of oil box, stop running the motor and add the hydraulic oil by the second time is needful, if the hydraulic oil not enough then will cause the machine not working or let the oil pump damage.
5. The compressing plate up moving & down compressing till stop: when finished the hydraulic packing machine for delivery, normally the compressing plate will be moved to the top, and open the up journey switch (with the picture 5). After connected the electric power and closed the electric phase which main switch, then impress the starter button NO or rotate the emergency rotary button as the arrowhead’s direction, and the emergency switch will be out, normally the motor not working. [During running the compressing plate will move down and leave the journey switch, when impress the manual changing valve handle to be down, the motor will start.] When the manual changing valve handle moves to the lowest location, (under the manual handle with the journey switch). When start the motor, the compressing plate will move down, when the manual changing valve handle which location in the middle and the motor is still running, the compressing plate stops to move. When the manual handle will move up to the top, the compressing plate moves to up, moves till the up journey switch which limited location then stop. [Remark: when the new machine for the first time running, the compressing plate needs to be moved up & down for several times, until the air of oil cylinder will discharged totally then start to work.
6. When not working: when the machine will no need to work for a longer time, then move the compressing plate to the top and impress the stopping button OFF or emergency button, and power off.
三. Adjustments
1. Pressure meter: [with picture 1]: the hydraulic packing machine requires the best compressing pressure will be: 10 (100_-12(120) Mpa, when the hydraulic pole moves down to the bottom, the hydraulic pole with the pressure, and the pressure meter also showing the pressure too. When the hydraulic pole move up or down and without compressing anything then the index of pressure meter without showing the pressure.
2. Adjustments of pressure: When the hydraulic pole compress the body to the lowest bottom, then the compressing pressure will be the biggest, the pressure meter will show the normal pressure from 100 (10) or to 12 (120). If less than 10 (100) or more than 12(120) then will be not normal, and need to adjust the flooding (overfall) valve again (with the picture 4): ① Loose the adjusting pressure handwheel first;② the machine must start, move the manual valve’s handle down, and let the hydraulic pole move to the bottom, the machine begins with the pressure, then rotate the handwheel, turn to left will reduce the pressure, turn to right will increase the pressure, and check the index of the pressure meter point to 10 (100) will be ok. And then change the manual value’s location to the middle or up immediately, in order to prevent the hydraulic pole during pressing for long time and cause the machine or electrical parts damaged, and then lock the overfall valve handwheel tightly.
3. Adjustments of up journey switch: (with the picture 5 left) the up journey switch is installed with the right door’s top, the function will control the compressing plate move up to the top then stopping. When the compressing plate moves to the top if the motor is still running then will be not normal, and must need to adjust again, when adjusting the compressing plate shall be moved down first, then power off, and loose the rocker nut of journey switch, and move down again, if after adjusted for many times still not available then please check the journey switch whether was damaged or not.
4. Adjustments of down journey switch: (with the picture 5 left ) the down journey switch is installed beside the manual changing valve, the function will let the down journey switch start the motor for running when move the manual changing valve down. If when the handle move to the bottom if the motor is still not running then will be not normal, then need to be power off and move the handle up to the top. Then loose the rocker nut of journey switch, and adjust the rocker to front, if after adjusted for many times still not available, then please check the journey switch whether was damaged or not.
四. Safety operation
1. Feeding row materials: before feeding materials please check the machine’s doors whether were locked tightly, the compressing plate need to move up till the journey limited location, the motor stop running, then feed the row materials into the machine equably. [Remark: before feeding the row material must be let the machine be installed equably on the ground, to prevent the compressing plate during move down and cause the machine damage.]
2. Close the safety door: when the machine’s safety door opening, then the whole machine can not start. When the machine full of the materials then close the safety door totally, then the machine can start to be operated and run, during running can not feed any material or put the hand inside, to prevent the harmful accident.
3. The correct station of the operators: during the machine starting & running, when the compressing plate is moving down to compress, the materials’ outside thrust will be very strong, when the door’s lock damaged, then the door with the so big inside thrust, will be possible to be pushed out, when the door pop-up if the operator is standing in front of the door, when will happen the harmful accident whenever, so the operator can not stand in the front of the door. The correct standing station shall be the right hand hold the manual valve handle, the body shall be 45°between with the round side, well then could avoid the harmful accident of the front & beside doors when they pop-up possibly.
4. Compressing the materials: when the compressing plate move down for compressing the materials, when the pressure meter also showing increase to the biggest pressure 10 (100) Mpa, please put the manual changing valve handle to the middle or up location, in order to avoid the machine under the high pressure for longer time, if the machine keep to be with the high pressure for a long time, then the motor will be over loading, and the electric current will be increased, and the hydraulic oil will be increased the temperature rapidly, the expansibility of the oil cylinder & the oil pipes will be increased too, then will reduce the machine’s life-span.
Open the doors: when the materials after compressed till the suitable height, and after the compressing plate compressed the materials tightly, change the manual valve handle to the middle location, and impress the stopping switch OFF or the emergency switch, and stop running the motor. And the operator shall be 45°between with the round side and pull the doors’ locking protecting poles (short & black colour), when the doors under the compressing materials’ outside thrust will pop-up automatically, because during pop-up the thrust will be strong so the operators can not stand in the front of the doors, to avoid the harmful accident.
6. Packing the compressed materials: when opened all of the doors, use the suitable steel-wire or the cingulums (or ropes) etc for packing, through the plastic pipe which length is around 700mm, and its width will be around 24mm (the supplier will offer together) to insert into the bottom or the compressing plate, and with the steel-wire or cingulums inside of the pipe together.
注意!穿鋼絲或扎帶時(shí),人眼睛不能與鐵線孔位成水平線,以免扎帶穿過(guò)膠管時(shí)刺傷眼部。
Attention! When put the steel-wire or cingulum into the plastic pipe then please pay attention that the people’s eyes can not with the level location of the pipe, in order to avoid to hurt the eyes during the steel-wires or cingulums through the pipe.
7. Take the materials out: after finished packing, put the manual valve handle to the top, then the compressing plate will move up slowly automatically under the rebounding power of materials. And then start running the motor again, the compressing plate will move up till the top, after touched the journey switch then will stop automatically. [Attention! When the compressing plate move up and left the compressed materials’ surface, then the compressed materials’ expansibility will affect the packing steel wire or cingulum, when the expansibility will be bigger than the pull, the steel-wire or the cingulum maybe will be broken, then the compressed materials and steel wires will pop-up to hurt the operators, in order to avoid the accident then the operator shall stand the correct station. (reference of safety 3)]
五. Obviate the malfunctions
1. The motor can not working
① Check the voltage whether is normal or not: use the ammeter or testing pen.
②、保險(xiǎn)管是否容斷:如保險(xiǎn)管容斷,保險(xiǎn)管座小紅燈會(huì)亮起。(圖7右)
② Check the fuse whether is broken or damage: if the fuse damaged, then the small red lamp of the fuse will be light (with the picture 7 right).
The contactor whether damaged: check the touch point whether is normal or not, the contactor which suction or close whether is normal or not (with the picture 6 left).
The up & down journey switch: loose the outside cover to check the touch point, and adjust again.
Whether the over loading protector is loosed or not: (the picture 6 right) after cool then will be restoration automatically, and check the motor whether is hot or not.
2. The increased noise
The hydraulic oil not enough: add the hydraulic oil into the oil box.
Filtering jamming (picture 2): discharge (take away) the filtering and wash it by the gasoline or diesel oil.
Working temperature: after the machine run 15 minutes, when the hydraulic oil’s temperature increased then be ok.
3. The compressing plate can not move up or down when control the manual valve handle:
The motor’s rotary direction whether is correct: if the motor’s rotary direction is reverse or opposite then change the electrical wires and connect again.
The oil pump whether is working normally: check the oil box inside whether with the convective phenomenon, if without the convective phenomenon then the oil pump was damaged.
The flooding valve (pressure adjusting valve) (picture 4) whether jamming: loose each part of the flooding valve
and check carefully, for the flooding valve inside with the working holes, if the hydraulic oil with the dirty thing or sundries, then will easily to jam the working holes and cause the machine not working or without pressure. (with picture 4) Attention! The flooding valve not easy to be damaged just the jamming phenomenon (problem) will be more.
4. Normally working without the pressure:
Adjust the flooding valve. Reference (Adjustment 2)
Washing the flooding valve. (reference the picture 4)
The oil pump whether was damaged.
Maintenance:
The filtering screen of oil box need to be washed every 6 months (picture 2)
The model less than 50T with the additional pole, need to add the lubricating oil for the surface every week.
The doors and the rockers need to add the lubricating oil from time to time.
The air hole of the oil box’s top can not jam by the sundries or dirty thing.
